Gradients

The .grd files are usually made in Photoshop CS, but it should also be backwards compatible with at least the more recent versions. In most cases, there should also be a 100x100 sized image pack of the gradients. These can be used for picking up the colors for conversion to other graphic editing softwares if you like. Additionally, they may also work well as layers for small projects like icon-making.
