Upcoming Possibilities
First off, I should say that this site is constantly growing as I’m always planning something for it. I also welcome suggestions, because I love to hear what visitors want to see or would find useful. That said, if you ever want something here, feel free to contact me and I’ll see about adding it on to my list of things to do!
Below, I’ve listed some things that I’m currently working on. Some have more priority than others and some have progressed further than others as well in terms of how soon they’ll appear, but in time, I hope to have all the things I’ve mentioned. How long it’ll take, it’s hard to say. Alas, I’m still only one person so sometimes new sections and my plans don’t always materialize as fast as I want them to.
The Work in Progress
- Web Shoppe: Many of you have been talking about wanting more exclusive resources from me because you want something that’s more unique. Since my resources are downloaded a whole lot, some people seem to feel hesitant about using some of my resources on certain projects because so many others are using them too. Unfortunately, I can’t exactly limit downloads since most of my resources are completely free for everyone. My solution to this is to create a small shop of some sort, where I’ll offer some higher quality resources for sale. That way, those who want something a little more unique and in better quality can choose to purchase them if they like. It’ll also be more exclusive because not everyone will be able to download them.
- Layouts: This is something that’s been in planning for a long time now, but I haven’t found the proper time to set it up. In the future, I’ll also start to offer website layouts. In most cases, these will probably come with a small fee though, because they take much more thought and work to do than my usual resources.
- Stock Images: Sometimes I just like taking pictures of random things, so I’m thinking I may start to offer stocks for download as well. I’ve also recently purchased a scanner, so I may also offer stock scans as well. Look out for them!
- Custom Shapes: Since I’m already offering textures, patterns, brushes, and gradients, I’ve been thinking about offering custom shapes for download as well. I often find these useful, but not as easy to come by. This section should arrive fairly soon, I think, since I already have a lot of them made in the past for my own use.
- Themed Sets: This is another thing that I’ve wanted to do for a long time now- possibly ever since this site came about. I do this a lot for fashion projects, and I thought I’d try to incorporate something similar for general resources. These will be mixed sets, consisting of all sorts of resources ranging from brushes, patterns, gradients, textures, etc. Except they will be sorted by theme for specialized projects. It’s something more personal because you can build your own designs with the tools provided in these mixed sets. This is probably one of my priority plans so I hope you like the idea!
