Away for a week

Hi everyone! Just dropping in a quick note to let you all know that I’m currently away and won’t be back until the middle/end of next week- so if you don’t see updates or replies to your emails from me, this is why. I don’t get much opportunities to go online while I’m away, but I’ll be sure to send replies to your emails as soon as I get back. And usual updates will, of course, resume as well. ;) See you all in a week!

New version is now up!

As you can see, there’s a new layout up on this site. Yes, the big site overhaul I’ve been talking about is now done! It was sure a long time coming, but I’m glad the new version is finally up- and I hope you agree because it means updates should be returning to normal again. I know you’ve all been waiting for that, and I’m very sorry for taking so long. I didn’t add any new downloads along with this update though. I figured it’d be a better idea to check if everything is working as it should before I add something new.

If something isn’t working properly for you, please do let me know so that I may fix it ASAP. Thank you!

Everything was reorganized and a lot of changes were made throughout the site, but rather than bore you with details on all of them, I’ll just quickly go over a few things that might be more prominent to you…

Big site overhaul in progress

Just thought I’d mention that this site is currently undergoing a complete make-over so I might not be doing any updates for a while longer. Everything is being coded over from scratch, all entries re-written, and the entire structure and organization of the site will change as well. It’s actually a process that started a few months ago, but I’ve been much too busy and haven’t found the time to make as fast of a progress as I would like. I am, however, beginning to see the finish line, so to make things easier to manage, I probably won’t update until the new version goes up.

Do expect a lot of new things to be added when the time comes though! While the changes I’m making right now is taking so long, it’ll be better for the site in the long run. :) As a side note, I’ve been noticing from my stats that a lot of you are linking to various sections of my site directly rather than to Colorfilter.net’s main page- and I just want to mention that my new version is going to break all those links. Due to all the massive changes, most of my links will change (unfortunately).

Download links fixed!

Much thanks to everyone who emailed to let me know about the download links taking you to a blank page. The path wasn’t set properly for my new server, but it should be all fixed now. Sorry about the temporary glitch! Please let me know if anyone should come across other problems, because I may have overlooked some things during the move. Thanks!

Site status and server move

Hi everyone! I know that I haven’t been updating at all lately, and I’m really very sorry about that. A lot of things have been happening in my life (death, fire, and the whole nine yards) so things have been a little difficult…

My announcement today, however, is to mention that some of you might be experiencing glitches here and there over the next few days. This is because I’m moving colorfilter.net to a new host, so there’s the issue of DNS transfer and also the possibility of errors popping up due to server differences. If any of you encounter problems or errors, I’d like to ask that you please notify me so that I know where the problem is and can go fix it ASAP. Thank you very much!
